We found a 7,500-square-foot space at 2910 W. Leigh Street in Scott’s Addition and spent almost a year trying to find the perfect use and perfect tenant. At the same time, Will Correll was looking for a home for his startup cidery, Buskey Cider. He liked our spot, with its proximity to apartments and booming craft beer scene.
