Charlie Diradour, President

Lion’s Paw Development Company, LLC was founded by Charlie Diradour. As a long-time investor in the Richmond market, Charlie is well known for his expertise in restaurant/retail sites.

Since 1986 Charlie has been investing in property, matching great tenants with great locations, and producing great results for the consumer.

Lion’s Paw is a concept that has come to reality due to Charlie’s vision and commitment to smart growth.

Sandy Appelman, Operations Manager

Sandy earned his undergraduate degree in finance and an MBA from Virginia Commonwealth University in Real Estate. In addition he has also received a graduate certificate in Urban Commercial Revitalization.

His concentration is in real estate development, adaptive re-use and commercial revitalization. Sandy has over 20 years combined experience in finance and retail, is a member of the CCIM Institute, has a real estate license and is a great addition to the team.
